数日前、私のメキシコのアカウントがdeactivatedとなりました
メキシコのアカウントは北米統一アカウントです
アマゾンからの通知メールは下記に転載します
おそらくアカウントを２つ持っていたことが規約違反とされたのだと考えています
弊社は2016年に日本のチームから正式にもう一つのアカウントを持つことを許されました
当時は北米アカウントはありませんでしたので、メキシコのチームは弊社が2つアカウントを持っている
ことを知らずに規約違反にしたと考えています
このような事態は解決できますか？
A few days ago, my Mexico account, which was linked together with my North American account, was deactivated. The notification I got from Amazon is below:
It's possible that you were marked for code violation for holding two accounts.
Our company was formally granted permission to hold an additional account by the Japan team in 2016. At the time, we didn't have a North American account, so we think that the Mexico team marked us for code violation without knowing we could have two accounts.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?
