何度も申し訳ございません。搬入済みのコンテナをCYから出し、近辺の倉庫へ保管していただくことはできないでしょうか？搬入済みのコンテナは輸出申告済みでしょうか？SHIPPERのSECO様からの指示ではなく、CONSINGEEからの要望・指示のため、この件についてSHIPPERへ連絡は厳禁でお願いします。次回以降はこのようなイレギュラーな対応になるなら、船積みをお断りする予定です。

Sorry for bothering you again. Is it possible to move the container which has already been delivered to CY and store at the nearby warehouse? Have you already completed the export declaration for the delivered container? This is a request/instruction from the consignee but not from SECO the shipper, so please make sure a contact regarding this matter to the shipper is strictly prohibited. We may cancell future shipping should an irregular handling take place from next time.
