先日Aさんとこの件について話をした時に、DHLだと中国で外貨送金に必要な書類がない場合があるので、DHLは避けた方がいいと言われました。後から送金ができないと御社にとっても迷惑なので、今一度ご確認下さい。もし、問題なければ、明日DHLで送ります。

When I have talked over the issue with A the other days, I was said that the DHL shouldn't be used because the necessary document will not be issued to be used for the remittance overseas in China. Would you confirm one more time as it is problematic if the remittance will not be performed. If three is no worries, I will send it via the DHL.
