私は下記URLの商品を3個注文しました。支払い方法はペイパルです。購入時に自分のアカウントも一緒に作成しました。購入後、ペイパルから支払い完了のメールを受け取りました。しかし貴サイトからのメールは届いていません。注文履歴を確認するために自分のアカウントにログインしようとしまいたが、メールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログインをしようとしてもサイトのトップページに戻ってしまいログインすることができません。これは正常に注文できていますか？なぜログインができないのですか？

I placed a order of three items shown in following URL. I paid for them via PayPal. When I purchased them, I also made my account together. After the purchase, I received an email saying that the payment was completed. However, I don't receive an email from you. I tried to sign in to my account so as to check my order history, but I can't sign in because I return to the top page of the website, even though I tried to sign in by entering my email address and password. Is the order correctly accepted? Why couldn't I sign in?
