1)Sorry but unfortunately the customs lets out not all parcels from Russia because of COVID-19. Can I offer you cancel the order and return to it when the situation improves?

2)Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking on international shipments. Orders typically take 8-15 business days to arrive. In some cases, orders can take up to 45 days to arrive. Be assured that your order is in route and will be there soon.
