昨日確認したときはステータスが「in process」となっていました。しかし今確認をしてみたら「Cancel shipment」に戻ってしまっています。現在どのような状況でしょうか？コロナウイルスの影響で出荷に時間がかかってしまっているのでしょうか？商品が出荷されずとても困っています。

When I checked the status yesterday it said "In process". But I checked it one more time now, it turned out to be "Cancel Shipment". What are the current situation now?
Is it affected by the coronavirus pandemic for the delay in shipping, right ?
I am at a loss as the item cannot be shipped.
