Valueの項目に記載されている金額に心当たりがありません
もう一度探してみますが、この金額は私が出した資料を基にhannahさんが作成したのでしょうか？

サンプルとしてUPSから取り寄せたC88を添付します。
こちらのものは提出資料として問題ありませんか？
