備考: 母国語がロシア語のセールスマネージャーの手紙です。国際送金不受理の連絡が銀行から入ったので今後の送金方法のご相談メールです。今年の4月からロシア圏の国際送金がことごとく不受理です。いままでは問題なく送金できたのですが…。

4/15に日本郵便銀行から御社指定の銀行に国際送金をしましたが、昨日夕方銀行から送金不受理の電話連絡がありました。違う日本のメガバンクにも国際送金の相談をしましたが、直接御社の銀行には振込めないとの回答です。今年の4月から日本政府の指針で、ロシアと旧ロシア圏の国際送金が大変厳しくなりました。支払をペイパルでできませんか?ロシアの別メーカーの支払いもペイパルに切替えました。ペイパルの手数料を加算してペイパルの請求書をお送り下さい。ご迷惑お掛けしますが宜しくお願い致します。
