私はこの口座で販売を再開したくご連絡致しました。以前店主の病気入院や台風被害の影響等で発送、連絡に遅れが生じてしまい停止措置がとられたのは理解しています。これを解除して頂くにはどのような対策を行えばよいでしょうか。過去請求のあった買い手へは全て商品の発送または全額返金で対応済です。一部は期間経過の為に表示されなくなっていますが完全に実施しました。過去安定した店舗運営でお客様からのリクエストも多数頂き好評を得ていました。新たな店舗運営体制を整備し同様の問題再発はないと確信します

I understand that stop measure was taken because of delay for shipment or contact,
due to stay at hospital of shop owner or influence by damage of typhoon.
How should I take countermeasure to remove this?
I have already taken measured for the charged customer in past to ship all product and all refund.
Some of them are not displayed because of expired time but it has been completely done.
I got a lot of request and favorite reputation from customer with stable shop administration in past.
I have convince that same problem will not be happened again by regulating renewal shop administration system.
