商品を落札してから40日が経過しました。未だに商品は届いていません。セラーの方から来たメッセージは会社が倒産したけど、商品は送っているとメッセージが来てましたが、追跡ナンバーも無くて信用できません。ステータスも未だにシッピングになっていないし。ebayのルールでは45日を超えるとクレームの受付ができないと聞いてますので、そろそろ限界です。どうかすみやかに返金をお願いします。よろしくお願いします。

It has been 40 days since the successfully the bidding. However the item hasn't arrived yet.
The seller told me that the shipping has been done even in bankruptcy of the company in the last email. As there is no tracking number given, you are not trusted at all. The status shows it is not being shipped yet, though. As I have ever heard the complains cannot be made after 45 days passed because of the rule on eBay, what shall I do for the next? I cannot stand any more. Be sure to refund promptly.
