ご提案なんですが、
・オンライン講座の「価格の決定権」がこちら側にあることを盛り込んで良いですか？

現在の契約書には、販売価格18万円と記載されています。
しかし、この価格でのリリース後に、これが適正価格なのか検証をする必要があります。
利益を最大化するためには、
セールをしたり、逆に値上げを行う必要があるのです。

・あなたへの報酬に関しても
「販売価格×規定のパーセンテージ」と記載することに、
同意をいただけますか？

・Include the right of decision of the price for the online course to be at us.
The current contract listed for the sales price at 180.000JPY.
However , we have to verify whether the price is proper or not after releasing the price.
To maximise the profit, we must conduct a sale or increase the price.
