In this article, we suggest two languages to supplement the part which has not been considered enough from a point of view of tolerance in a programming language study.
One is "File Based Programming" which aimed to the design which even the user who is unconcerned about programming can start programming without notice.
File Based Programming has the added "practice button" to existing Windows Explorer, and enabled us to program by the operation that the user is used to know, such as movement and addition of files.

In this treatise, I made a proposal of utilizing those two languages which had not considered enough to apply in term of tolerance. The first one is "File Based Programming" which designed to make users to get involved in programming uncounsciously even those users are unintrested in programming. File Based Programming will insert "practice button" with existing Windows Explorer and enable users to involve in programming by just doing familiar operations like file migration or subjunction.
