Because of a contact failure involving the power cable, this machine is no longer working. Also, I am unable to use the hexagon wrench on the screws because it is the wrong size. I'm planning to order a replacement for the damaged goods, so is it possible to include a new power cable and hexagon wrench with that new order? I will contact you after I make the order.
