目に病気やトラブルがある方のご使用はおやめ下さい。
本品は医療器具ではありません。
ピンホール(小さな孔)から見ると、目の周りの筋肉を使わずに網膜に物を映すことができるため、目の緊張が和らぎます。
パソコン作業などで目の疲れを感じたら、一時間に2～３分本品をかけて見て下さい。
目の緩和ができます。
疲労感が強い時は6つの孔を利用して､下記の体操を行って下さい。

This product is not for medical use.
Viewing through a pinhole (small hole) enables retinas to reflect things without using muscles around the eyes, easing the tensions of the eyes.
When your eyes feel tired from PC work etc, please wear this for two to three minutes every hour.
It eases your eyes.
If you feel strong fatigue, please do the following exercise using 6 holes.
