確認したところ、お客様のご注文については一度しか課金されておりませんでした。
ご注文の際、カード確認のため、銀行に購入承認の連絡を入れますが、ご注文商品の発送までは実際課金されません。注文をキャンセルした場合も、銀行側で7~10営業日程度の間はお客様の利用枠として保留される場合がございます。
お客様から銀行にご連絡お願いいたします。銀行側からお客様のアカウントの利用枠が使えない理由と、どの位の間オンライン注文の支払い承認が保留されるか説明があるはずです。
