私がA社を選ぶ理由は三つあります。
一つは経済のダイナミクスと言う変化と常に隣り合わせの環境に身を置けることです。若いうちから大きな責任を任され、自己成長・結果に対する金銭的対価が望めるだけで無く、社会に貢献できる点でこれ以上魅力的な職場は無いと考える。
二つ目はチームでも個人でも最高の結果を出すことに妥協しない文化がある事、です。また、他社のインターンを通して、投資銀行業務が楽しく、絶対この業界で働きたい、と思ったことです。
I have 3 reasons that I would like to work for A
First, working in a company like A would place me in the environment where things are continuously moving by economic dynamics. Not only working for A would give me a great responsibility and potential financial reward for my growth and the result I drive, it also gives me opportunities to contribute to the society. There’s no more attractive work place than this.
Secondly, A has a culture that expects nothing but the best out from work, either working as a team or an individual. I did my internship in other company, and enjoyed the work in investment banking so much that I started thinking I would absolutely want to work in this industry.
