この度は弊社に応募して頂きありがとう。皆様は弊社の選定基準をパスしました。今日からトレーニングが始まるが、弊社の特色について伝えたい。
□給与は平均よりやや高めに設定している。その代わり、決められたルールを守って頂きたい。それは以下のものです。
・幼児レベルの日本語を習得して頂く
・遅刻・当日欠勤は厳禁
何度も言いますが休日に関しては『公平』かつ『バランス良く』シフト組みをする。
例えば14人の講師が在籍している場合、毎日３人の講師が休み、祝日は全員が休みになります。

Thank you for applying to our company this time. You all passed our company's selection criteria. The training will start from today onward, so I want to inform you about our company's characteristics.
□ The salary is set a little higher than average. In return, I want you to follow the decided rules. It's given as follows:
・ I want you to learn basic level Japanese
・ Being late or absent on the appointed day is prohibited
I repeat, regarding the holidays, we'll have 'fair' and 'well balances' shift batches.
For example, in case 14 lecturers are enrolled, 3 lecturers will have an off everyday, and all will have an off on national holidays.
