I understand that the YEN is getting stronger. A suggestion will be to hold the money in Singapore until its a good time to transfer to Japan if we sell the house.

不動産市場の動向なのですが、そろそろ供給が需要を上回りつつあります。そのため、価格はこれ以上上昇することはないと思います。 私が送った計算書と、家を売り出す件について、考えを聞かせてもらえますか。
円高が進んでいるようなので、もし物件を売りに出すならば、売れた際には、お金はシンガポールに保留して、適当な時期がきたら、日本に送金するという方法が良いかと思います。
