中国臓器移植の現状
中国瀋陽で開催した2004年全国臓器移植学術会議では、臓器移植は近年、中国において著しい発展を見せた、規模も日々大きくなっていく。中国の臓器移植数は米国に続き、世界第二位となった。これらの情報から中国移植技術は国際トップレベルに達していることがわかる。
腎臓移植は中国の臨床医学において、最も早く、臨床経験が多く、技術的に成熟している臓器の移植だ。現在、中国では、29の省、市、自治区がこのような仕事を展開している。
The current situation of organ transplant in China
China’s National Organ Transplantation Academic Conference 2004, held in Shenyang, revealed the fact that China had witnessed remarkable developments in organ transplant in the past few years and its scale was expanding day by day. China became the second leading country in the total number of cases of organ transplant after the U.S. These information proves that China has gained the world leading technology in transplantation.
Kidney transplants has the longest history with numerous clinical experiments in China’s clinical medicine, and it is a technically established organ transplant practice. Currently, there are 29 of provinces, municipalities or autonomous regions that engaged in the field in China.
2001年末になって、全国の腎臓移植総計は40393例に達している、その中の3例の腎臓移植の患者が26年も生存できたと言う。2001年、全国で登記している病院では合計5561例の腎臓移植を実施した、年間移植数は世界でアメリカに次ぐ。
The total number of kidney transplant nationwide reached 40,393 cases at the end of 2001.
