"My Friend and i checked in on a friday afternoon, there are plenty of carpark (well at least at that time), however, we were not greeted by the bell boy or other staff. Not sure whether they were busy doing errands or not.
Checked in didnt take too long, but perhaps because of its over hot weather on that day, the receptionist didnt smile much.
A bell boy walked us through the hotel area for a grand tour to showed us the facilities as the concierge staff took our suitcases. the hotel is by the beach, but its not the beach where u can swim bcs its nearly to the end of the beach where there are many boats parking.
there is also several stands by the beach where locals are selling sarong, t shirts, etc.
"Temanku dan aku cek in pada Jumat sore, ada banyak tempat parkir (Yah paling tidak pada waktu itu), namun, kami tidak disambut oleh bell boy atau staff lain. tidak yakin apakah mereka sedang sibuk atau tidak.
cek in membutuhkan waktu yang lama, tapi mungkin entah karena cuaca yang sedang panas hari itu, resepsionis tidak banyak tersenyum.
seorang pelayan berjalan bersama kami untuk tur dan menunjukkan kami fasilitas sedangkan pelayan tamu membawakan koper kami. hotel berada di tepi pantai. tapi pantainya bukan pantai yang bisa di pakai berenang, sebab merupakan ujung pantai yang menjadi tempat parkir perahu.
Ada beberapa tempat di pantai dimanana penduduk lokal menjual sarung, kaos, dll.
so somehow, i feel the privacy is being interrupted.
we checked in to the studio suite, but since the bellboy who gave us the grand tour came into the room and showed us about the safe deposit box and explained how to use it, i guess bcs of the super hot weather, he has a bad odor. and the odor stays in the room until the next day. we thought it will be gone by tomorrow but it didnt. also the aircon broke down and it was dripping over night, thus in the morning there was water everywhere on the bedroom.
the room itself is big enough for 3 ppl. the bed fits for 2 and there is a sofa bed by the tv room for 1. so if ur travelling for 3 ppl, no need to order and extra bed. there were also 2 bathroom.
Entah kenapa, saya merasa privasi saya terganggu.
Kami cek in ke studio suit, semenjak bell boy yang member kami tur datang ke kamar dan menunjukkan kami kotak penyimpanan dan bagaimana menggunakannya. Saya rasa karena udara yang super panas. dia mempunyai bau yang tidak enak. dan bau itu tetap dikamar sampai hari berikutnya. Kami pikir akan segera hilang besok tapi ternyata tidak. Juga AC yang rusak dan menetes-neteskan air sepanjang malam. Dan ketika pagi air menyebar diseluruh ruangan.
Kamar sendiri cukup besar dengan ukuran 3 orang. Tempat tidur cocok untuk 2 orang dan ada sofa bed di ruangan tv untuk satu orang. Jadi kalau perjalanan kamu untuk 3 orang, tidak butuh tempat tidur ekstra. Serta ada juga 2 kamar tidur.
we made a complained and wanting to move to a different room without asking for an upgrade. The hotel moved us to a private villa with romantic pool. the villa is awesome. well since we paid for studio and could stayed at a villa. it is quite big, the living room is big. the bedroom is big too and connected to the mini pool. basically the room is located in the middle btwn the living room and the bathroom and the pool. the bathroom is open air connected to the pool.
overall, if we didnt have the odor and aircon breakdown situation, i would have give 5 star for this review."
kami mengajukan keluhan dan minta dipindahkan ke kamar lain tanpa perlu melakukan upgrade. Manajemen hotel memindahkan kami ke vila pribadi dengan kolam renang romantis. Vila ini luar biasa. Yah, karena kami membayar untuk studio namun dapat tinggal di vila. Ukurannya sangat besar, ruang tamunya pun besar. Kamar tidur juga besar dan terhubung langsung dengan kolam renang mini. Pada dasarnya kamar berada di tengah-tengah antara ruang tamu dan kamar mandi dan kolam renang. Kamar mandi berada di ruang terbuka dan terhubung dengan kolam renang.
Secara keseluruhan, jika kami tidak mengalami kerusakan ac dan bau ruangan, saya akan memberikan 5 bintang untuk ulasan ini.
