先日、商品（LEGO SET EIFFEL TOWER）を購入させて頂いたのですが、新品という表示にも関わらず、見るからに中古品の商品が届きました。袋が開いていて、中身が飛び出ていたりもしました。
梱包も汚く、全てが雑すぎます。
早急に、商品の返品・返金をお願いします。
もし、返品・返金して頂けないような場合は、こちらでebayへ連絡をして、欠陥商品を受け取ったことを報告させていただきます。
お客様にも連絡しないといけないので、早急にお返事お待ちしています。
