貴社のmatristem micromatrixですが、バイアル瓶で開け口が、メタルのような金属で固く覆われて閉められていておりますが、このバイアル瓶はどのようにして開けるので御座いましょうか？
それと、貴社のバイアル瓶の容器には、全てパウダーを入れずに、その瓶の容器の０．５センチほどしか入れずに、内容量としてされておりませんが、ほんのそれしかパウダーを入れないのでしょうか？
