現在、そちらに保管中の商品●についてですが管理画面を見るとマスクが２つしかなく転送ができない状態です。
私はこの商品をパーソナルショッパーを利用して購入をしています。
もし注文通りに商品が到着していないようであれば、パーソナルショッパーでの注文方法に間違いがあるのではないでしょうか？
もしくは販売店が誤っているかになります。実際に購入をしたのはそちらの担当者の名前になっていると思います。販売店に問い合わせても私の名前ではわからないと思いう。
この場合、どのようにすればいいでしょうか？

Or the shop is mistaken. I guess the order is in name of one of your representatives. So I guess even if try to contact the shop, they won't know my name.
In this case, what should I do?
