商品が届きました。
動作確認をしたところランプの点灯は可能ですが、他のムーブメントが起動しません。
商品説明には赤いボタンを押すと前方移動とハッチが開く動作が起こると記載されていたが機能しません。
高額な商品を購入したにも関わらず、商品が起動しなくてショックを受けています。
商品の取り換えもしくは返金を希望します。
また、何か動作に必要なものがあれば教えて頂ければ幸いです。

The product have just arrived.
After checking the operation, the lighting of the lamp works, but other movements do not start.
It was noticed when I have the movement that forward movement and a hatch found, but does not function when I push the red button for product explanation.
Though I purchased an expensive one, this product does not work and am shocking.
I would like to exchange of the product or repayment.
In addition, I am glad if you inform me, if there is a thing necessary for any movement.
