商品が届きました。
動作確認をしたところランプの点灯は可能ですが、他のムーブメントが起動しません。

商品説明には赤いボタンを押すと前方移動とハッチが開く動作が起こると記載されていたが機能しません。

高額な商品を購入したにも関わらず、商品が起動しなくてショックを受けています。

商品の取り換えもしくは返金を希望します。
また、何か動作に必要なものがあれば教えて頂ければ幸いです。
