日本食糧新聞社は、食品業務用展示会「FABEX2013」を、2013年4月3日から5日までの3日間、東京ビッグサイトで開催すると発表し、出展者募集を開始した。
FABEXは、中食・外食・給食の専門展「第16回ファベックス2013」と、「第10回デザート・スイーツ&ドリンク展」の２展からなり、中食・外食産業を構成する要素をワンストップで展望できるＢtoＢの展示会。
昨年に引き続き食肉産業展との合同開催とし、合計で展示規模750社・1500小間、来場者数7万5,000人を目指す。
From April 3rd to 5th of 2013, the Japanese Food Suppliers Newspaper will host an exhibition on food products entitled "FABEX2013" at Tokyo Big Sight, and we are currently accepting applications for exhibitors.
FABEX is a one-stop business-to-bussines show combining "The 16th FABEX Show 2013," specializing in lunch foods, eating out, and school lunches, and "The 10th Desserts, Sweets, and Drink Show."
Last year we combined with the long running exhibition for meat producers, and in total we are expecting 750 companies spread across 1500 rooms, with an estimated 5,000 attendees.
