I am contacting you as I am not satisfied with the packaging this time round. Previously, items were put together in one box with a weight of 30kg or more, and the box was sent to me. However, things were put separately this time in 2 box with a total weight of 26kg. This sounds like a waste to me, so please pack them again in one box. I have requested you to return the items that cannot be packed in a box to the mail box. Please follow my instructions properly. I have requested you several things, but this request is so that the items won't be damaged with a proper packaging, and with as many things as you can put in one box.
