落札から3週間経ったが、まだ商品を受け取っていない
①発送連絡をもらった時、直ぐにセラーに追跡番号を問い合わせたところ、普通郵便だから追跡番号は無いとの返事
②発送から2週間経過後、まだ届かないと問い合わせしたところ、あと2,3日待ってくれとの返事
③発送から3週間後、まだ届かないと問い合わせしたところ、「本来ならば再送するところだが現在在庫切れで11月まで再入荷しない。全額返金で対応可能だ」という失礼な返信をいただく
私はセラーが本当に商品を送ったのか疑問に思っている
It has been 3 weeks since I had a successful bid on an item, but I have not received the item until today.
1. When I contacted the seller right after the seller informed me that the item had been sent out and asked for its tracking number, the seller told me there wasn't any tracking number as it was sent by normal post.
2. I contacted the seller after 2 weeks from the shipment that I had not received the item, the seller told me to wait for 2 or 3 days more.
3. After 3 weeks from the shipment, I contacted the seller that I had not received the item. The seller replied to me with this rude explanation - "the item, by right, should have been resent. However, there is no stock in hand at the moment, and it will arrive only in November. I will arrange for a full refund".
I am doubtful if the seller actually sent me the item.
