To my regret, I could not open the camera because I was out of home for business trip. I checked it at the “manual mode” and found no problem, but just to be safe, I asked a professional camera shop to check it and the problem was revealed. Did you check to that professional level? You can file a claim to ebay if you want to do so, but I will also file a claim, claiming that you were selling an item which was different from your description. It is very regretful, but let’s leave this case in the third party’s hands. This case was unfortunate, but I was glad to have contact with you. Thank you.

I am very disappointed. I was not able to open the camera since I was on business trip and so on. I checked with manual mode and it worked. However, I went to a specialty store to make sure everything fine before I use it and then, the problem was found out. Did you check completely? I am fine with you reporting to ebay. I will report a claim saying that you were selling the thing different from your description. I am very disappointed but let's leave this matter to the third party.
