とても残念です。私は出張などでカメラを開封できていませんでした。私はマニュアルモードでチェックをしたが問題ありませんでした。しかし念の為、使用前に専門店で動作確認をしてもらったら発覚しました。ちゃんとそこまでチェックしましたか？ebayに報告して頂いて結構です。当方も記載内容と違うものを販売していたとクレームをださせて頂きます。とても残念ですが第３者にあとは委ねましょう。今回の取引はとても残念でしたが、今回のご縁には感謝致します。ありがとうございます。

I am very disappointed. I was not able to open the camera since I was on business trip and so on. I checked with manual mode and it worked. However, I went to a specialty store to make sure everything fine before I use it and then, the problem was found out. Did you check completely? I am fine with you reporting to ebay. I will report a claim saying that you were selling the thing different from your description. I am very disappointed but let's leave this matter to the third party. This deal was very unfortunate, but I do appreciate your business. Thank you.
