14日の返品期間は過ぎておりますが、交換等の手続きを希望いたします。

The other day I ordered ten of the product shown below.
One of the ten experienced an early failure.
A striped pattern appeared on the LCD screen and it ceased functioning.
The 14 day return period has already passed but I wish to exchange the defective product.
I would like to continue purchasing from your company in the future so I am hoping for a positive response.
Could you please let me know the exchange procedure and the address to which I should send the defective product?
