Aは本体の右下のボタン不良でした。Bは心拍が計測できないという症状でした。
Aは販売終了ということで交換していただけるのか気になっていますが可能ならば交換していただきたいです。ダメならば返品ですかね・・・。ちなみにAは実は今回で2例目です。1回目はお客様がすぐに有償修理に出してしまったので私の方で費用負担しています・・・。
Bは問題の切り分けができなかったので本体とCを交換しました。そのため本体とCを返送します。
