yakake-machi は２４日、町営牧場内にメガソーラーを建設する、”ウエストエネルギーソリューションCorp”と事業協定を結んだ。県内最大規模となる４メガワットのソーラー発電所を来年３月に稼働させる。
yakake-machiが１２５ヘクタールの牧場のうち７ヘクタールを同社に貸す。契約は、９月中に20年間の土地賃貸契約を締結する。年間の賃貸料は、ウエストエネルギーソリューションCorpが中国電力に売電する価格の３％程度とし、約４８０万円を見込む。

Yakake-machi concluded a partnership agreement on 24th with West Energy Solution Inc., which is to build a mega solar power plant in municipal farm. The 4-megawatt solar power plant, the biggest plant in the prefecture, will start its operation next March.
Yakake-machi will rent 7 hectares of its 125-hectare farm to the company. The agreement says the company shall sign a 20-year lease for the land by the end of September. A yearly rental rate will be around 4.8 million yen, or approximately 3 % of the amount the company sells to Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc.
