リンクを貼り忘れているようなので再送いただけますか？ポスターサイズですが、日本と規格が多少違うので、以下のフォーマットでオーダーしますが問題ないですか？金額は200枚で1万円くらいです。お店ですが、教えてもらった名前の店は存在しないようですので、友人に電話して確認してますが、今のところ自宅、お店共に留守のようです。病院は確認できましたが、個人情報の関係で実際に入院しているかは確認できませんでした。ただ、友人に確認しているので、恐らくそこに入院していると思います。

As you missed to attach the link so could you send it again? Is it a size of poster? As the spec is different slightly from Japanese one, we will place an order by format bellow, but is that ok? The amount is about 10 thousand for 200pcs. Regarding the store, there is no store which has the name you taught me so I checked with my friends but it seems to be absent in home and store. I could confirm the hospital but I could not confirm if he is in there as problem of the personal information. However, checked with the friends, it seems he is there.
