There wasn't really any damage to the box. There were no traces of being dropped, and the item itself didn't have any broken glass, and appears to be without issues. I've checked over and over again, and the left channel is severely distorted. This is a huge problem for me, not to mention a huge shock. Would it be possible for me to receive a refund of my $280?
