今まで早く届けていただいていたので、残念です。
別件で、前回3台の機械を送ってもらった中の1台にクレームが来ました。
写真を添付しましたので確認、対応して下さい。
・ゴムリングの破損
・テープの劣化（？）
・ネジ・留め具のサビ
・工具袋の破れ
・レッド球が点灯しない
全体的に状態が古く、劣化があるとの事です。
商品交換も視野に至急対応して下さい。

It's a bit regrettable as up until now the goods have always arrived early.
On another case, a complaint came regarding one of the three machines sent on the previous occasion.
I have attached a photo of it, please confirm.
- The rubber ring was damaged
- The tape deteriorated
- Rust on screws and fasteners
- The tool bag was torn
- The red bulb does not light
The overall condition is old with some deterioration.
Please handle the complaint as soon as possible, including the possibility of exchange.
