到着日が確定したら教えて下さい。
今まで早く届けていただいていたので、残念です。

別件で、前回3台の機械を送ってもらった中の1台にクレームが来ました。
写真を添付しましたので確認、対応して下さい。
・ゴムリングの破損
・テープの劣化（？）
・ネジ・留め具のサビ
・工具袋の破れ
・レッド球が点灯しない

全体的に状態が古く、劣化があるとの事です。
商品交換も視野に至急対応して下さい。

By the way, I received a claim on one of the three machines you've sent me earlier.

- Damaged rubber ring
- Deteriated tape (?)
- Rust on screw and clasp
- Tear on tool bag
- Red bulb not lighting

They said overall condition is old, and deteriated.
Please handle this immidiately, with exchange in consideration.
