The dessert choice of cheesecake, chocolate cake or carrot cake (in a fine dining restaurant?Really?)was politely declined.The coffee however was fabulous!The staff were very apologetic and pleasant but the meal was a wreck.Sometimes when you have a bad meal you can put it down down to an off night in the kitchen, or poor choice from the menu, but this went much deeper than that, there were deep structural flaws in the whole meal.If I were the manager of the hotel the head chef would be under notice to shape up or ship ou.

デザートはチーズケーキ、チョコレートケーキ、キャロットケーキから選べたけど（すてきなダイニングレストランで？ホント？）丁重にお断りしたわよ。でもコーヒーは絶品だったわね！スタッフはとっても申し訳なさそうにしてくれて感じもよかったけど、食事は最悪。食べ物が最低だったときなんか夜のキッチンへもうオーダーとり下げてもらうとか、メニューのどれかを苦し紛れにオーダーしたりするけど、このときの事態はもっと深刻で、食べ物全体に根本的に構造的欠陥があるって感じだった。自分がホテルの支配人だったら、料理長にカツを入れるとこだけどね。
