1. Pack the item in the original box and shipping carton. If that is not possible pack it in a new box – please make sure to pack the item securely with appropriate packaging materials.
2. Include a copy of the original customer receipt that was included in the package or a printed copy of your “end of item” email notice from eBay. If neither is available, include the eBay item number, transaction number and your info. Please retain a copy for your records.
3. Affix the label to the outside of the shipping carton. Cover or remove any other addresses or barcodes on the outside of the parcel not obscured by the eBay Return Label.

2.荷物に入っていたオリジナルのカスタマーレシートあるいはeBayから届いた「最後の商品」eメール通知を印刷して同封してください。どちらもできない場合は、eBay商品番号、取引番号及びあなたの情報を記載してください。記録のためご自分でコピーをとっておいてください。
3.配送カートンの外側にラベルを貼り付けます。eBay返品ラベルを貼った後で荷物外側に古い住所やバーコードが見えている場合はそれらを全て隠すか削除してください。
