注文した商品の発送通知メールが届きました。
幾つか問題があるように感じています。
まず、同じ注文番号で発送メールが二通届いています。
次に、発送先の住所の変更を依頼したのですが、発送メールの住所が変更前のものになっています。
最後に、発行された追跡番号で状況を調べたところ、全く更新されていない状態です。
どのような状況かご案内下さい。

I got the shipping notification email for the items I ordered.
However, I have a few problems to address.
First, two copies of the email arrived with the same order number.
Second, I requested that the delivery address be changed but it's the same as before on the email.
Finally, when I looked up the status of the package with the tracking number I saw there hadn't been any updates for it.
Please help me with these issues.
