ROCKMAN XPRの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、ノイズが非常に大きく、大変困惑しております。以前も同じ商品を所有してましたので、多少のノイズがあることは把握してますがこのノイズの大きさは異常です。ギター音よりもノイズのほうが大きいです。修理しないと使うことは不可能です。修理屋に、聞いたら、最低300ドル以上はかかるとのことです。300ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけますか？納得ができません。ご連絡お待ちしております。
This is regarding the ROCKMAN XPR. I was away on a business trip until a few days ago, so I only tried out the pre-amplifier yesterday and today. The noise is really loud, and it's really puzzling. I used to have the same product so I understand that there will be some noise, but this noise is extremely loud. The noise is louder than the guitar. It's not possible to use it without repairing first. When I checked with the repairers, I was told it would cost at least $300. $300 is fine, but could you give me a refund? I can't accept this. I'll be waiting for your reply.
