私は転送会社と契約をし荷受け出荷業務を委託しています。いつまでも荷物が届かないので転送会社に問い合わせ荷物の受取があったか確認しましたが無いとの事です。また郵便局に電話で問い合わせたところ荷送人では無いとの事で取り合ってもらえませんでした。米国に住む友人に郵便局に行ってもらおうとしたところ友人は入院しており頼める状態にありません。荷物が始めに私の指定した住所に再配達できればいいのですが、荷物が見つからない場合は送料を含めた購入金額の合計を返金して頂くようお願い申し上げます。

I have an agreement with a forwarding company to forward my shipments. The package was never sent to me, so I checked with the forwarding company if they had received the package, and they informed me that they had not. I delegate item receive and shipment to a forwarding company. Since I haven't got the item, I asked the forwarding company whether they have received it, and they said they havent. I also called the post office for it but they can not answered as I'm not the shipper of the good. I was going to ask one of my friends who lives in the US to check it to the post office, but he/she is hospitalized and unable to go. It is okay if you can rearrange the shipment to the address I specified at the beginning, but if the good is lost, I want to have a full amount of refund, including the shipment fee.
