時計の受け取りが遅れたのはそのためです。
二重梱包して送ってもらっているので、輸送による損傷は
全く受けていません。梱包は完璧でした。
時計は最初からぜんまいが巻かれていて、これ以上巻けない状態でした。
ネジの巻き過ぎではないかと思います。
輸送の問題とは全く無関係だと思います。
もし、あなた自身で修理が可能ならば直していただけませんか？
いずれにしても、現状では全く動きません。

This watch was sent to me in Japan through a forwarding company.

I think it's because the spring had been wound too much.
I think it's completely unrelated to a problem from transport.
