Touch Icon Creatorは最新のiOS5.1.1でも正常に動作します。
ただし、Wi-FiやBluetoothなどの設定画面を開く機能がiOS5.1以降において使えなくなりました。
これはアプリケーションの問題ではなくOSの仕様変更によるものです。
今のところこの問題の回避方法は見つかっておりません。

Touch Icon Creator will work normally even on the latest iOS5.1.1
However, the function that opens the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings page haven't been useable since iOS5.1
This isn't a problem with the app, but rather due to a change in the OS' specifications.
At present we have not found a way to avoid this problem.
