こんにちは。私は5月18日にこちらのサイトで初めて買い物をしました。
日本まで3~7営業日で到着すると記載されていましたが、購入した商品の配送ステータスを
確認したら、まだ発送されていなかったので本当に7日間程で到着するか不安になりました。
商品はいつ発送されますか？英会話が不得意なので、できればメールでご返信をお願いいたします。

Hi, I made my first purchase from your site on 18 May. According to your site, it takes 3~7 working days for the items to arrive in Japan, but when I checked the status of my order, I found that they have not been shipped out yet, which makes me worry if they will arrive within the 7-days guideline.
When will they be shipped out? My English is not very strong, so I'll appreciate it if you could reply via email.
