商品梱包はしっかりしていました
これと同じ商品をスウェーデンで使用中
アメリカ滞在中に購入し日本での一時帰国中に使用しようとしました。
早速セットアップしたのですがＤＶＤソフトを入れても起動しません
何度もちがうＤＶＤソフトに変えて試すも「読み込み不可能なＤＶＤ」との表示が出ます。
これと同じＤＶＤを私のコンピューターで試みたところ、すべてのＤＶＤを見ることができたので、ＤＶＤソフトには問題はありません
初期不良と思われます。

The packing looks like firmly done.
I am using the same item in Sweden.
I purchased during my visiting US and I planned to use it when I come back to Japan temporalily.
I set up but it is not working even I put the DVD soft in it.
Many time I tried with other DVD soft but there is displaying that says "Unreadable DVD".
I put same DVD to my computer and there was no problem to see all the DVDs so the problem is not the DVD soft.
I think it is early failure.

The same goods as this are under use in Sweden.
It was going to purchase during U.S. stay and was going to use it during temporary return in Japan.
It does not start, even if it puts in DVD software, although set up instantly.
Although changed and tried on the DVD software which is different repeatedly, the display with "DVD which cannot be read" comes out.
Since it saw when the same DVD as this was started by my computer, there is no problem in DVD.
