早急に日本へ発送していただきたいのですが、MyPackagesを開くと"Address – Suite Issue; "9910" |Quantity Mismatch."や"Packages with problems cannot be shipped."となっており発送手続きができないようです。
また、1荷物あたり$5ということなので、合計$35で宜しいでしょうか。
今回、32本注文したはずですが31本しかなかったということでしょうか。

Thank you for quickly shipping out them to Japan but when I see the MyPackages page, "Address – Suite Issue; 9910 |Quantity Mismatch," or "Packages with problems cannot be shipped," come out. It seems not to be able to deliver it.
Also it is $5 per unit so that the total is $35, isn't it?
I ordered 35 units. Does it mean you had only 31 at hand?
