As I explained in the mail, we sent the item as planned but it returned to us due to an error the delivery company caused. We took an action immediately to send it to you again but eventually it failed to delivery it to you on time which resulted in the cancellation of your order.

Sorry for the incovenience.
As explained in the message we shipped the item according to the scheduled date but the delivery company returned the item to our store.
I could have arranged for the item to be reshipped, but eventually since the products arrival would have been delayed, regretfully the customer cancelled the order due to their disappointment. We are sorry for this and would like to apologise sincerely.
