Don't work harder, work smarter. What can you do on your job, right now, to work smarter? What you did yesterday to be smarter doesn't count. Things have changed since then and you have to relook at things every day. You have new information, perhaps new tools, and new challenges and opportunities, so look around you right now and see what you can do better, faster, cheaper, and, of course, smarter.
