補償の範囲
バイヤーはこの商品をメーカーが定める使用方法を守って使用しなければなりません。
更に、メーカーが定められた補償期間内に起こった不具合に関してのみ補償されます。
その場合、売主が間に入ってメーカーへ修理依頼を行います。
ただし、商品を修理する際の往復の送料は買い手が支払うものとします。
私は個人事業主で、会社はまだ経営していません。
ですから、私の社印を捺印する事はできません。
しかし、ショップ屋号の印もしくは私個人の印を捺印する事はできます。
Scope of Guarantee
The buyer shall utilize the product following directions the manufacturer specifies. Moreover, it is applicable to only the defects developed during the period the manufacturer specifies.
In that case, the seller requests the manufacturer to repair the product as a mediator.
The delivery costs for the repair, however, are paid by the buyer.
I am a sole proprietor and have not owned a company yet.
For this reason, I cannot place a corporate seal but the shop seal or personal seal.
